Hypnobirthing Only Course

4 hours of Hypnobirthing with a qualified Hypnobirthing teacher.  This will include fear release, preparing for birth, relaxation techniques and birth planning.  This 1-to-1 course takes place in the comfort of your home.  Dates and times will be arranged after booking – just pop your due date into the Additional Information box at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange the details.  Alternatively, please feel free to contact us via our contact form on the website to discuss this prior to booking.
